Anthony has held several leadership roles over his 30-year career. President of Western Heritage E&S Company, VP of Marketing for the Nationwide E&S, Vice President of Commercial BOP/Property and Inland Marine, AVP of Sales for the Lincoln regional office at Allied (Nationwide). Responsibilities have included Profit and Loss accountability, Sales growth plans, strategic direction, and execution. Led the technology transformation of building a commercial rating and issuance platform at Western Heritage. Led the rebranding of Scottsdale Insurance Group to the Nationwide E&S Group. Drove the National direction for BOP, Property, and Inland Marine. Anthony holds an MBA and a BS in Computer Science. Past board experiences include the UMOM organization, Des Moines Science Center, Des Moines Playhouse. Member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.
Neville Moses
Co-Founder and CTO
Neville is a technology entrepreneur and digital venture builder. As a consultant CTO for one of the fastest growing Specialty Insurers in the US, where he was responsible for successfully leading technology strategy and implementation of a cloud-only digital model. As a technology executive for Nationwide Insurance for 14 years, he led technology & data teams for commercial business units and led the launch of a new personal lines insurance company. During his 12 years in multiple consulting roles at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young and Thoughtworks, he has managed accounts, led business and technology strategy, led software projects while managing multiple teams. He also owned businesses in the services and retail industry with successful exits. He has a B.S. in Physics and a M.S in Computer Science. He is a life-long learner, enjoys mentoring and coaching leaders & entrepreneurs, loves the Arizona outdoors and serves with non-profits.
Doreen Reinke
Chief Operating Officer
Doreen has been recognized by Insurance Business America as an Elite Women in insurance for her professional achievements in changing the face of the insurance industry. At RaisinBread she is the Chief Operating Officer responsible for Business Operations, Marketing, Human Resources and Training and Development. Prior to RaisinBread, Doreen was Vice President of Operations for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company Excess and Specialty/Surplus Lines and a member of the senior leadership team. Her extensive insurance career includes Claims leadership positions with USF&G and Auto Owners Insurance Company. Doreen has been honored nationally and locally as a diversity champion for her work in promoting civil and human rights. She currently serves as Chair of the Scottsdale Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, is a member of Scottsdale Community College President’s Advisory Council and Scottsdale Leadership’s Advisory Council. Doreen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a Certified Executive Coach.
