Job Description:

The Property and Casualty Insurance Virtual Sales Representative will be focused on business owner strategies to generate sales and leads through marketing campaigns (digital, Social media, phone call, lead generations and follow up). Sales may be fulfilled through RaisinBread’s platform or retail distribution. 


Job Qualifications: 

  • Prepare and present accurate quotes and recommend coverage based on customer need

  • Determines and enters rating information into Raisinbread’s platform; provides quotes to customers and binds coverage.

  • Completes necessary application information, obtains necessary documentation and receives payment and applies money to policy in order to close the sale.

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and market share objectives within the target market, including new business and the retention of present business.

  • Experience in documenting customer experience processes and procedures, a plus

  • P&C (Property and Casualty License) required

  • High School diploma or GED required, some college preferred or equivalent work experience in P&C sales and/or customer service experience including call center/chat environments

Candidate(s) receiving an offer for employment will be required to submit to a background investigation, including a drug screening.

Minimum Technical Requirements:

  • A current-technology Windows/Mac computer (less than 3 years old)

  • Updated Chrome browser installed

  • Updated anti-virus and anti-malware software installed

  • Secure, password-protected computer

  • Access to secure, stable, private (at home/office) internet (50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload capabilities)

Minimum Information Security Requirements:

  • Established dedicated home workspace conducive to a quiet/uninterrupted work environment

  • Workspace is located where no one can hear your conversations, has access or see your computer screens and is not vulnerable to theft
